Nanny-Personal Assistant
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum, negotiable DOE
Status: Live-out An ultra-high-net-worth private household based in Central London is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly efficient Nanny/PA to support the smooth running of both family life and household administration. This is a varied and trusted role combining high-level childcare with private PA and family assistant responsibilities, so exceptional organisational skills are required. The position will primarily focus on the care and support of the family’s 10-year-old child, while also overseeing schedules and logistics for the other younger children within the household. Acting as the main point of contact and liaison with schools, tutors and all service providers, you will have brilliant interpersonal and administration skills. Responsible for managing the other household staff (housekeeper, nanny and driver), dealing with contractors and tradespeople and running errands, you will also manage the family’s calendars and handle travel bookings, logistics and household bills. The ideal candidate will be degree-educated, tech-savvy, proactive and switched on a with a can-do attitude. A live-out role, hours are generally from Monday to Friday, 9am-7:30pm, though some flexibility will be required to respond to emails outside of these hours. As part of the role, you might also be required to travel internationally with the family from time to time, so a valid passport and willingness to travel are essential. DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Primary care and oversight of a 10-year-old child, ensuring their wellbeing, routine, and development
• Managing schedules for all children, including school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and social engagements
• Acting as the main point of contact and liaison with schools, tutors, and activity providers
• Organising and maintaining all school uniforms, sports kits, and equipment
• Full diary and calendar management for the children and wider family
• Handling household correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up and action
• Paying household bills and managing ongoing administrative tasks
• Coordinating and arranging travel plans, itineraries, and logistics
• Liaising with contractors, tradespeople, and service providers
• Running errands as required to support the household
• Overseeing the other household staff, ensuring clear communication and smooth day-to-day operations within the household ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree-educated with proven experience in a similar Nanny/PA or Family Assistant role within a UHNW or HNW private household
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communicator with a professional, discreet, and confident manner
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
• Comfortable liaising with schools, contractors, and household staff
• Flexible and willing to assist out of hours when required
• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
• Willingness to travel from time to time
• Valid passport and the right to live and work in the UK
• London based
