The Ideal Candidate
You will be someone who:
- Has experience in a school office or similar administrative leadership role
- Can oversee day-to-day office operations with efficiency and strong attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, parents and external agencies
- Is confident with school systems, data management and compliance requirements (MIS experience beneficial)
- Can manage workload independently, prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Leads with professionalism, warmth and a solution-focused mindset
- Is committed to providing an excellent service to pupils, staff and families
