Payroll Assistant
We’re looking for a Payroll Assistant to join the Reward team at a leading insurance firm. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working with numbers, like being organised, and want to build a career in payroll and HR.
In this role, you’ll help make sure our payroll runs smoothly and on time each month. That means supporting with UK and overseas payrolls, preparing pension data, producing tax documents, and answering payroll queries from colleagues. You’ll also get involved in wider Reward projects, like benefits administration, salary and bonus reviews, and data analysis.
We’re after someone with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. You don’t need years of experience – what matters is accuracy, curiosity, and the ability to work well with people across the business.
They really value integrity, teamwork, and keeping our promises. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team where you can grow your skills and play an important role in helping colleagues across the firm.
