EYFS SEN Teacher | Inclusive Primary School in Brent
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a compassionate, experienced EYFS SEN teacher to join their supportive team on a full-time basis until July 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to a small group of 10 pupils in a nurturing, structured environment.

Contract Type: Long-term role until July 2026
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Full-time)
Key Stage: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
The Role
This position is perfect for a SEND specialist who enjoys working closely with young children, thrives on collaboration, and is passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential.
- Morning responsibilities: Teaching and supporting a small group of EYFS pupils with SEND, focusing on personalised learning, communication, and core developmental skills.
- Afternoon responsibilities: Assisting with broader classroom activities, planning, and providing support across the EYFS setting as required.
- Team support: You will work alongside a dedicated EYFS team, including class teachers and support staff, ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
- Curriculum support: Planning and resources are provided and regularly updated to ensure all pupils’ needs are met.

- Qualified teacher with EYFS experience and proven SEND expertise
- Confident in delivering differentiated learning experiences
- Strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills
- Adaptable, organised, and proactive
- Experience with digital tools for planning is desirable but not essential
- This is a long-term agency post, offering a supportive and ambitious environment with the potential for ongoing opportunities.
