Manager - Consultant Development Program

The Role
Are you a seasoned leader passionate about developing the next generation of talent? We're looking for a Manager for our Consultant Development Program to help shape the future of our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring early-career consultants, ensuring they have the skills and support they need to succeed at Veeva. You will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire Associate Consultants into the Consultant Development Program, managing the full recruitment cycle from interviewing to offer delivery
- Plan, prepare, and deliver immersive boot camps and other learning programs to accelerate the development of Associate Consultants
- Conduct performance assessments and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to early-career consultants
- Collaborate with Practice Managers to evaluate consultant performance and identify key areas for growth
- Help prepare and run key internal events for our Associate Consultants
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- At least 7 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in early-career and skills development, including coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated experience in hiring, talent assessment, and talent management
- Experience in a consulting role
- Willingness to travel and deliver boot camps (1-3 times per year, up to two weeks at a time)
- Ability to work remotely and independently with direct reports
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to understand individual needs and provide solutions
- Desire to work in an intense, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Based in London, Barcelona, Berlin, or Frankfurt
Nice to Have
- Participated in Early Career Program design
- Prior experience leading IT services/consulting teams in the Life Sciences industry as a PM, Team Lead or Practice Manager
