Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking for flexible supply work in a specialist SEMH setting? Do you have experience supporting children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs? Are you confident in managing challenging behaviour and building positive relationships? If you answered yes to the above, this may be the Behaviour Mentor role for you! The Role – Supply Behaviour Mentor We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an SEMH boys’ school in Wandsworth on a day-to-day supply basis. You will be working across all key stages, supporting students aged 5 to 19 with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar settings, strong behaviour management skills, and a calm, empathetic approach. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment. The School - SEMH All-Through School This specialist boys school provides tailored education and therapeutic support for students with SEMH needs. The school is well-resourced, with a strong multidisciplinary team including therapists, mentors, and specialist staff.
