Cruise Consultant

We’re proud to be partnering with a highly respected, established travel company who are now looking for an experienced Cruise Consultant to join their friendly and experienced team at their Essex/East London based office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable cruise consultant to work with a forward thinking travel company that offers a welcoming environment, and outstanding earning potential with career development.
To be considered for the Cruise Consultant role the applicant MUST have UK based cruise sales experience from an established UK travel company.
Cruise Consultant Duties:
- Selling a wide range of ocean and river cruise holidays from the world’s leading cruise lines.
- Offering expert advice to clients and delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry to post-travel follow-up.
- Tailoring cruise packages to suit clients’ preferences, including pre- and post-cruise stays, flights, and excursions.
- Managing inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and website leads
- Building strong repeat business through excellent rapport and product knowledge.
- Keeping up to date with the latest cruise products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
Cruise Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience selling cruise holidays with a UK based travel company
- In-depth knowledge of major cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations
- A passion for travel and delivering first-class service
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing sales and hitting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Happy to work full time in the Essex/East London office.
