Year 4 Teacher — Lambeth
A vibrant Good primary in Lambeth is seeking an imaginative and curriculum-driven Year 4 Teacher to join its KS2 phase on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 4 Teacher will be invited to pre-term planning prior to January 2026, will attend induction in January 2026, and will take up classroom duties from January 2026 as the Year 4 Teacher. This Full-Time Year 4 Teacher post offers a well-resourced classroom, strong TA support and a leadership team committed to professional growth.

Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
• As Year 4 Teacher you will plan and deliver coherently sequenced maths and English, ensuring progress through clear retrieval practice. The Year 4 Teacher will lead foundation topics, design enquiry work and run intervention groups. The Year 4 Teacher will prepare materials prior to January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as the Year 4 Teacher.
• The Year 4 Teacher will liaise with phase leaders, lead trips and parent workshops and contribute to moderation and assessment cycles. The Year 4 Teacher will take part in staff meetings and coaching from January 2026.
Year 4 Teacher Requirements
• QTS with proven KS2 experience is required of the Year 4 Teacher.
• The Year 4 Teacher should be confident with behaviour systems, data-informed planning and inclusive practice.
• Be available for pre-term planning ahead of January 2026, induction in January 2026 and a Full-Time start from January 2026 as the Year 4 Teacher.
