London Sales Associate Part Time
Reporting to the Store Manager, Sales Associates will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and be a standout brand ambassador for REPRESENT.
1 x Part-time role available.
7.5 hours weekend and evening availability essential competitive hourly rate + Monthly Bonus up to 10%
Responsibilities:
· Have a disciplined approach to thoughtful, personal and effective service.
· Maintain an expert level of product and brand knowledge.
· Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
· Nurture and develop VIC relationships, and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
· Support on the delivery and execution of store events, from 1-1 appointments to large-scale community events.
· Play an active part in elevating both our front and back of house spaces through relentless attention-to-detail, process compliance, and proactively finding opportunities to improve.
· Use of store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.
