About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Year 5/6 Teacher to join the school on a full-time maternity cover basis starting January 2026 .
The successful candidate will:
- Inspire and lead a mixed Year 5/6 class , delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Create engaging, stimulating, and challenging lessons across the curriculum
- Promote pupils’ academic growth, confidence, and curiosity
- Contribute actively to the positive ethos and wider life of the school
Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with QTS.
Requirements
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 , preferably Years 5 or 6
- Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
- Legal right to work in the UK
