A highly successful school in Camden is looking for an experienced School Business Manager to take the lead on the non-teaching side of the school. You’ll be responsible for the budget, site management, and HR, working closely with the Headteacher to make sure the school has everything it needs to keep delivering top-tier education. We need someone who is a steady hand with figures but also understands how a school community works.

Requirements
Essential: Proven experience in school business management or a high-level operations role.
Essential: Strong financial literacy and experience managing significant budgets.
Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship ).
A calm, practical approach to problem-solving and great people skills.
Salary and Benefits
Full-time, permanent role.
Salary Range: £50,000 – £60,000 (Inner London).
