Senior Recruitment Consultant (German Speaking) (Hiring Immediately)

We’re growing our German desk in London and are looking for an experienced consultant to help us take it to the next level. What You’ll Be Doing - Take ownership of live searches and client relationships across the DACH region - Build your own client base and develop long-term partnerships - Source, assess, and engage with high-level candidates across tech functions - Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development - Operate in a niche vertical where you become the expert What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience in recruitment or B2B sales - Native or fluent German speaker, strong professional English - You understand recruitment is about relationships, not volume - Driven, entrepreneurial, and looking to grow your own market What You’ll Get - Clear path to partnership and leadership - Structured KPIs based on live, individual performance ratios - 28 days holiday + UK bank holidays - Flexible working (incl. home office options) - Central London office near Bank station - Friday early finishes, team trips, annual incentives
