We are looking for Servers to bring our guests an exceptional sense of welcome and refined service. As a Waiter, you will create warm and memorable dining experiences, anticipating needs with discretion, style, and attention to detail. With genuine passion for hospitality, you will be an integral part of delivering the Forbes and Rosewood standards that set GSQ apart in the heart of Mayfair.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering attentive, personalised, and intuitive service throughout the guest journey.

• Supporting the restaurant team in maintaining Forbes, LQA and Rosewood service standards.

• Showcasing thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and pairings, confidently guiding guests through their dining experience.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Food & Beverage to ensure seamless operations.

• Taking ownership of guest needs and feedback with professionalism and care.

About You

• Passionate about hospitality, with previous experience in luxury dining preferred.

• Naturally warm and engaging with excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• A collaborative team player, committed to delivering elevated guest experiences.
