Commercial Litigation Associate (1-2PQE)
- Managing a caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and fraud claims.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, strategic advice.
- Drafting correspondence, evidence, and interim applications.
- Liaising with counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting senior lawyers on large-scale litigation and arbitration.
- Attending client meetings, mediations, and hearings where appropriate.
- Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives.
