- Oversee operations including stock, merchandising, and compliance.
- Proven people leadership—either as a store manager or a strong assistant manager ready for the next step.
- A track record of driving sales and hitting targets.
- Great communication, coaching, and customer service skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and hands-on approach.
- Basic of up to £31,000
