Client Success Manager - AdTech
Client Success Manager – AdTech – German speaking (* Flex)
A truly exciting career opportunity for a German-speaking Programmatic Professional to join one of the most advanced ‘post-cookies’ (SaaS) AdTech businesses, based in Central London (* flex working)
A newly created role – The Client Success Manager will be responsible for supporting clients from post-sales, strategic and product adoption perspectives across the German market.
The role;
- * Be the client’s go-to person for all their day-to-day requirements.
- * Strategy – offer short and long-term strategic advice.
- * Coordinating product training.
- * Ensuring product adoption.
- * Upselling relevant products and ensuring client renewals.
- * Product feedback – rely the clients’ feedback to product management & engineering teams.
About you:
- * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Account Management /Executive role within #Programmatic, #AdOps, #AdTech, #MediaAgency, either from the Supply OR Demand sides.
- * You are highly client-facing and have a strong understanding of the role that data plays across Paid, Owned and Earned digital marketing channels.
- * Strong communication & presentation skills.
- * You are a problem solver with sound project coordination skills.
- * Fluent German speaker
Up to £55k base salary + 10% bonus + excellent benefits.
