Role Overview

Savills is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction within the UK Residential Lettings, Residential Management and Residential Sales divisions. This role is responsible for protecting the company's reputation and financial stability by ensuring a robust, proactive approach to compliance and customer excellence.

The Head of Residential Sales and Lettings Compliance and Customer Relations will lead the UK Residential Compliance and Customer Relations functions across Sales and Lettings, and Residential Management.

As well as possessing a deep knowledge of residential lettings, sales, and residential management regulations, including experience navigating legislative changes, we would require the successful applicant to have 10+ years in senior compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within UK property.
