Housekeeper, part-time role, Job ID J1F039
A lovely family based in Shepherd’s Bush, London, is seeking a reliable Part-time Live-out Child-friendly Housekeeper to help keep their home clean, organised, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, and confident working around children, as well as comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals. The family has one dog, so the housekeeper must be dog-friendly. A driver would be a bonus.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm (30 hours per week)
Duties include:
- Cooking simple home-cooked meals for the family
- Maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the family home
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including wash basins, bathtubs, and showers
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and household linens
- Managing laundry duties, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
