About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to be the end-to-end owner of our mobile iOS app and website. In this role, you'll shape how customers interact with our brand digitally — from discovery through delivery. In this high-impact entrepreneurial role, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to launch customer-centric features that drive bar-raising frictionless experience - at speed.
You’ll work closely with the company’s Founder to continue our mission to build the most loved on-demand delivery app in the world. You’ll thrive here if you’re obsessed with customers, love solving complex problems, and move fast without breaking things that matter.
Responsibilities:
- Own the mobile (iOS) customer experience - from discovery and ordering through to real-time delivery tracking.
- Define and manage the iOS product roadmap, aligning closely with Engineering and Design teams.
- Translate customer needs and platform-specific constraints into high-performing, intuitive iOS features.
- Drive development of key iOS capabilities such as push notifications, Apple Pay, real-time location tracking, and personalised UX.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Store Ops teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Leverage customer insights and operational data to identify pain points and develop new opportunities.
- Establish and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future iterations.
- Stay up-to-date on iOS platform updates, release cycles, and best practices to keep the app competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
- Product Manager (Mobile iOS) 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling native iOS apps.
- Proven track record of shaping, launching, and scaling consumer-grade iOS apps with high user engagement and strong App Store ratings.
- Familiarity with Apple Pay, push notifications, real-time tracking and location-based services.
- Deep understanding of the iOS ecosystem, including Apple Human Interface Guidelines, platform capabilities, and release cycles.
- Ability to work closely with iOS engineers and mobile designers, translating user needs and technical constraints into intuitive, performant features.
- Experience with tools like mobile analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude) to monitor and optimise app performance.
- Track record of using customer feedback, behavioural data, and experimentation to prioritise features and enhance mobile UX.
- A strong grasp of mobile performance, reliability, and responsiveness, especially in high-stakes, time-sensitive use cases (e.g., <20-minute delivery windows).
Benefits:
Opportunity to be part of an industry transforming mission - your work will directly shape how the world experiences fast, premium retail.
Of course we also offer:
- Competitive salary & equity package.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Private Health Insurance.
- Extended sick pay and maternity/paternity leave pay.
