The Role
• Manage admissions for all year groups, including in-year applications and Year 7 entry.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents, providing a warm and professional service.
• Coordinate open days, school tours, transition events, and communications.
• Maintain accurate records using the school’s MIS system.
• Ensure compliance with admissions policies and statutory guidance.
• Work closely with SLT, admin staff, and the Local Authority.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a school admissions or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficient with school MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor) and Microsoft Office.
