Slots Supervisor
Job Details
The role of the Slots Supervisor is manage the day to day operations and management of the team and slots department. To motivate the team to maximise the revenue of the slots and by driving outstanding levels of customer service to our customers.
• Demonstrate ability to motivate, develop and deploy team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• An effective team player, who contributes to continuous business improvement
• Proven problem solving and complaint handling skills
• Must be fully flexible to cover a range of shifts across business operating hours
