Inside Sales Manager - Erith

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and developing client relationships within a B2B environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts through analysis and strategic planning
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective clients, promoting our products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce
• Analyse sales data to forecast trends, track performance metrics, and inform sales strategies
• Lead negotiations and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, fostering long-term relationships

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and optimise account performance
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer information and tracking activities
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence clients as well as internal teams
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
