Inside Sales Account Manager - Erith
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and developing client relationships within a B2B environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will utilise their analysis skills and sales expertise to identify opportunities, optimise account performance, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team. Experience with Salesforce and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts through analysis and strategic planning
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective clients, promoting our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce
- Analyse sales data to forecast trends, track performance metrics, and inform sales strategies
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, fostering long-term relationships
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and optimise account performance
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer information and tracking activities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence clients as well as internal teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
