Attendance Officer - Community Focused School - Redbridge
A welcoming and community-focused secondary school in Redbridge is seeking an organised and people-focused Admissions & Attendance Officer to join the school from February 2026.
This role sits at the heart of the school’s day-to-day operations, acting as a key link between families, students and staff. You will manage admissions processes, oversee attendance data and support safeguarding and pastoral teams through accurate record keeping and communication.
The school is known for its strong pastoral culture and inclusive ethos. The admin team works closely together and is respected for the vital role it plays in supporting student wellbeing and engagement.
The role will involve:
Managing admissions enquiries and pupil transitions
Monitoring attendance and producing regular reports
Liaising with families, external agencies and local authorities
Supporting attendance interventions and safeguarding processes
