The Company
This high-end consumer brand now has a rare opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join the business.
The Opportunity
The role will have responsibility for a wide variety of supply and distribution matters for various divisions of the business. You will lead on the negotiations of complex commercial agreements, often relating to the practical side of the business including warehousing, logistics and supply chain. You will advise on matters relating to selective distribution and you will work closely with IP and marketing.
About You
Ideally, you will have broad general commercial experience gained in-house, although experience acting for consumer, retail, FMCG and fashion brands in private practice will also suit. Supply and distribution experience is key. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and a demonstrated commitment to high working standards.
