Global Mobility Tax Manager - Top 20 Firm (PE Backed)

Capital Tax Recruitment is working with a highly regarded professional services firm that is looking to strengthen its Global Mobility team with the appointment of a Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a visible role in a growing practice, combining technical delivery with business development and leadership responsibility.

The Opportunity

This role offers the scope to:

* Advise a wide range of UK and international clients on complex expatriate tax and social security issues.
* Lead client relationships, acting as the go-to contact for day-to-day queries.
* Manage a portfolio of inbound and outbound expatriate tax compliance assignments.
* Support senior stakeholders in winning new work and developing the team's profile in the market.
* Coach and mentor junior colleagues, reviewing work and supporting their progression.
* Get involved in initiatives to improve efficiency, client service and knowledge sharing across the group.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

* ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in global mobility tax.
* Confident in dealing with HMRC on complex expatriate issues.
* Skilled in delivering technical advice and communicating clearly with non-specialists.
* Experienced in managing and reviewing the work of others.
* Commercially minded, with an interest in helping to grow a service line.
* A strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients.
