Temporary Senior EA to CEO
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure relevant documents are distributed in a timely manner.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodation.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other key documents.
- Manage ad hoc projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive business information.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
