Receptionist
As the Head Receptionist, you will:
- Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are ready for use.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the team as required.
- Maintain accurate records and logs, including visitor sign-ins and deliveries.
- Supervise and mentor junior reception staff to ensure high standards of service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
