Your job? Build solid relationships, help clients make smart money moves, and basically, be their financial superhero. You’ll be digging deep into what each client needs, then crafting a custom strategy using all sorts of financial products and services. They’re all about taking a holistic approach to meet every client’s needs.
Key Tasks:
- Grow and manage a bunch of wealth management clients.
- Keep those client relationships strong with personalized advice and regular chats.
- Help grow those assets under management (AUM) by spotting financial needs and suggesting solutions.
- Dive into client reviews to really get what they’re after and offer up tailored wealth management.
- Push for solutions that fit, keeping clients in the loop and feeling good.
- Keep an eye on the market and your client’s situation to make the right calls on products and services.
- Dish out advice on everything from Lump Sum Investments to Global Funds – you name it.
- Stay on top of rules and regulations while keeping up with what’s new in the industry.
What You Need:
- A degree or some solid experience, especially in business, finance, or management.
- Good with numbers, sharp-eyed for detail, and love crunching data.
- UK level 4 advisory qualified or ready to get there.
- Maybe you’ve worked with high net worth clients before, but if not, no problem.
- Know your stuff when it comes to investments, bonds, or pensions.
- Trustworthy, professional, and a team player who’s all about top-notch service.
- Got a good head for risks and can spot a good investment from a mile away.
- If you’ve got a knack for sales, that’s a plus.
- You’re all about reaching those goals and making things happen.

Please note: Applicants should have at least three (3) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII or equivalent). This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
