Senior digital media lead
- Develop annual and quarterly global media strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Act as the central point of contact for media strategy across Growth Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders and key functions to create robust media briefs for internal and external partners.
- Work closely with Media Planning teams to ensure campaigns reflect strategy and audiences are targeted holistically across all channels.
- Monitor business and market trends, providing scenario planning and strategic recommendations to adapt campaigns effectively.
- Lead performance optimisation forums to improve results and build strong business cases for media investment.
- Champion performance-based marketing, supporting the evolution of the team towards a more data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Build strong relationships with senior marketing and media stakeholders to align strategies, increase cross-portfolio impact, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with creative teams to inform messaging, content, and creative development for maximum audience engagement.
