Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the school site and facilities

• Opening and closing the school buildings

• Ensuring health & safety compliance and carrying out risk assessments

• Overseeing contractors, maintenance schedules and deliveries

• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance and grounds work

• Supporting school events, lettings and emergency call-outs

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager

• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations

• Practical maintenance and DIY skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Professional, reliable and flexible approach

Salary

Paid in line with the support staff pay scale , depending on experience.
