Site Manager Required - SEN Secondary School!

The Role
As Site Manager, you will play a vital operational role within the school, working closely with senior leaders to ensure the site runs smoothly each day. Your work will directly support pupils with SEN by maintaining a secure, structured, and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day site management and maintenance
Health & safety compliance and risk assessments
Managing contractors and external services
Site security, opening/closing routines, and emergency procedures
Supporting adaptations and accessibility needs across the site
