Band 7 - Cardiac MRI Radiographer- Central London
Job Title : Cardiac MRI Radiographer – Central London Banding : Band 7 Location : Central London Start: ASAP Duration : Ongoing Rate : £33– £34 Working hours : Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac MRI Radiographer to join our team in Central London. This role involves working in a specialised clinical environment where you will be responsible for performing a variety of cardiac MRI procedures to assess and diagnose cardiac conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results, which are essential for effective patient care and treatment planning.
What will your responsibilities be:
I n this role, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of cardiac MRI scans, including preparing and positioning patients, operating MRI equipment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. You will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the development and implementation of imaging protocols and procedures. You will also monitor patients for any unusual reactions during the procedure and follow safety
Qualifications and Experiences:
- HCPC registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or a related field
- Certification in Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) or equivalent
- Extensive experience in performing cardiac MRI procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
