Administrative Assistant
As Administrative Assistant, you will;
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and CEO.
- Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
