A high-achieving 11–18 girls’ school in Kingston is seeking an enthusiastic and committed English ECT to join their English Department from January.

About the English Department
The English Department is collaborative, well-resourced, and highly successfull. The team places a strong emphasis on developing analytical thinking, confident writing, and a love of literature. The department offers opportunities to lead reading clubs, debating groups, and creative writing workshops.
Requirements
• Currently completing a PGCE/School Direct and able to gain QTS by January
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for English Literature and Language
• A reflective practitioner who is eager to grow professionally
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
