An exciting Marketing agency in London is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their growing Data team.

Based in: London (hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office)
Contract: 2‑month contract (Outside IR35)
Day Rate: £190 per day
Hours: Full‑time, 5 days per week
Start date: ASAP

The Job

An social impact marketing agency in London is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their growing Data & Insights team. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career analyst to gain hands‑on experience supporting campaigns that create meaningful behaviour change and positive social outcomes.

As the Junior Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting campaign performance reporting across paid, owned and social channels
• Cleaning, preparing and organising datasets from multiple sources
• Running basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Building and maintaining reporting spreadsheets and trackers in Excel
• Assisting with dashboards and visual summaries for clients and internal teams
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reliable measurement throughout projects
• Working with strategists, planners and insight specialists to translate data into actionable findings

You

• Experience working with data in a marketing, insight or analytical environment
• Comfortable writing basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN, filtering, simple aggregations)
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleaning)
• Detail‑oriented, organised and confident working with multiple datasets
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn from senior team members
• Able to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical teams
• Happy working in a fast‑moving agency environment with multiple projects at once
