Cover Supervisor
• Ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and safe.
• Following pre-planned lessons and delivering learning activities, adapting where necessary depending on students’ abilities.
• Promoting positive behaviour and a respectful learning environment.
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress to teaching staff and leadership. Skills required for this Cover Supervisor role are:
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm and patient in different situations
• A good educational background and strong communication skills Working full time from 8:30am-3:30pm, this is a long-term position to potentially become permanent later down the line. This is a great opportunity for an experienced TA to progress their career or for an unqualified teacher.
