Associate Director, Emerging Markets Multi Currency Rates Trader

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Emerging Markets Multi Currency Rates Trader.
Emerging Markets Rates is a market leading desk providing fixed income bonds, and associated derivatives to a broad suite of clients, including central banks, corporates, private banks, sovereign wealth funds, and asset managers. We are a global team of from diverse backgrounds in London and Dubai, as well as numerous regional sites.

In this role you’ll:
- Provides timely and accurate execution of Emerging Markets rates trades for our targeted clients
- Effectively maintain various risk positions whilst adhering to our risk appetite
- Ensure correct ticket entries and order routing, maintain communication with sales desks, and assist in resolving any settlement problems, ensures ticket entry completion and provide general trade support, as necessary
- Provide pricing to sales force and clients, in line with our trading policies
- Ensure that all trades are booked to front office position keeping systems, in accordance with internal policy and regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrable evidence of Emerging Markets Rates trading experience, coupled with detailed knowledge of Multi Currency products
- Must have a thorough knowledge of derivative and yield curve valuations
- Able to understand and manage complex and diverse instruments, and any associated pricing models used in the emerging markets and investment banking industry
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong analytical skills
- Possess high levels of stakeholder management, to influence complex and diverse scenarios through articulate communication
