Year 2 Teacher - Ealing
A vibrant primary school in Ealing is seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to begin in January 2026. This Year 2 Teacher post includes a thorough induction before January 2026, enabling the successful Year 2 Teacher to confidently begin in January 2026 and continue their development throughout January 2026.
• Year 2 Teacher required for a full-time classroom role
• Year 2 Teacher required to work within a supportive primary school in Ealing
• Year 2 Teacher to join a well-established and collaborative KS1 department
The Year 2 Teacher will deliver structured and creative lessons, throughout phonics, writing and early numeracy. As a Year 2 Teacher in Ealing, you will take responsibility for differentiation, small-group teaching and tracking pupil progress.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lessons planned and led by the Year 2 Teacher
- Run guided reading and phonics sessions
- Track pupil attainment and provide targeted support
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
- Communicate with families in Ealing
Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status
- KS1 experience as a Year 2 Teacher
- Strong classroom organisation skills
- Reliable and adaptable team player
- Available from January 2026
