This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a high-performing recruitment professional who wants to build and own a thriving division within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

The Role

You will take full ownership of our US-focused Financial Services division, specialising in wealth management recruitment across the East Coast. Your remit includes:

  • Leading by example – driving significant individual billing through new business development and client acquisition
  • Building and scaling the team – recruiting, developing and managing consultants as we expand to 20 heads
  • Expanding market presence – establishing the division as the go-to partner for US wealth management recruitment

  • Comprehensive reward package – individual commission, team override AND equity share
  • Backed for growth – resources and support to build a market-leading division
  • Premium market positioning – working with sophisticated PE-backed and private credit clients
  • Genuine leadership impact – shape the division's strategy, culture and success
  • Work-life balance – later start times (11am) to align with US East Coast hours

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in financial services recruitment with demonstrable billings
  • Experience selling diverse recruitment solutions – retained search, research, deposit-led mandates
  • US market knowledge – particularly wealth management, private equity, private credit or investment banking
  • New business excellence – consistent history of winning and growing client relationships
  • Leadership credibility – ability to inspire, develop and manage high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building and scaling in a growth environment

The Ideal Candidate

You're a high-achiever who has outgrown your current role and is ready for genuine ownership and leadership. You combine individual billing excellence with the vision and capability to build a team around you. You understand sophisticated client needs, can sell consultatively at senior levels, and have the energy and ambition to build something significant.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary: Up to £90,000 DOE
  • Uncapped individual commission scheme
  • Team override on your division's performance
  • Equity share in the business
  • Clear growth trajectory with expansion plans already funded and approved
  • Supportive infrastructure – established brand, systems and support functions
  • Collaborative culture within an entrepreneurial environment
