Salary: Up to £90,000 + Uncapped Commission + Team Override + Equity Share
Hours: 11am – 8pm (Mon-Thu), Early finish Friday
About the Opportunity
We are an established professional services recruitment agency seeking an exceptional Recruitment Director to lead, develop and significantly expand our US Wealth Management division. This is a critical hire as we execute ambitious growth plans to scale from our current team to 20+ heads over the next two years.

The Role
You will take full ownership of our US-focused Financial Services division, specialising in wealth management recruitment across the East Coast. Your remit includes:
- Leading by example – driving significant individual billing through new business development and client acquisition
- Building and scaling the team – recruiting, developing and managing consultants as we expand to 20 heads
- Expanding market presence – establishing the division as the go-to partner for US wealth management recruitment
- Strategic client development – focusing on private equity-backed businesses, portfolio companies, private credit firms and investment banks
- Delivering multiple recruitment solutions – retained search, research projects, and deposit-led assignments

Essential Experience
- Proven track record in financial services recruitment with demonstrable billings
- Experience selling diverse recruitment solutions – retained search, research, deposit-led mandates
- US market knowledge – particularly wealth management, private equity, private credit or investment banking
- New business excellence – consistent history of winning and growing client relationships
- Leadership credibility – ability to inspire, develop and manage high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building and scaling in a growth environment
