Senior Product Designer - Channels
Product Design
Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer with a track record of crafting world-class digital experiences. Using your design expertise, you’ll translate bold ideas into intuitive, user-centred products that simplify complexity at scale.
In this role, you’ll own end-to-end design for a key client-facing product area - shaping flows from discovery through detailed design, build partnership and launch. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to define problems, align on priorities and ship high-quality experiences that drive customer value and business impact.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end experience for key customer journeys across web and mobile, from prioritisation and concept through detailed design and launch.
Design with multi-platform support in mind, ensuring solutions scale across devices, operating systems and breakpoints while maintaining clarity and consistency.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to translate strategy into actionable design, identifying high-impact problems and driving alignment on priorities.
Simplify complex, ambiguous systems with a user-first, systems-thinking approach, balancing customer needs, business goals and technical constraints.
Craft elegant, intuitive solutions with strong interaction design and craft, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
Prototype, test and iterate quickly using research and data, partnering with Product and Data to define success metrics and learning loops.
Contribute to and extend our design system, improving reusable patterns that help teams ship faster with consistency.
Partner closely with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality and polish at launch.
Contribute to design culture through critiques, workshops and reviews - raising the bar through craft and collaboration.
What you’ll need
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience within UX or Product Design.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and product intuition, with strong expertise in layout, typography, hierarchy and interaction design.
- Demonstrated experience shipping across web and mobile, with an understanding of platform conventions and constraints.
- Proven experience designing for multi-platform delivery, including responsive and adaptive layouts, component-based systems and platform-aware interaction patterns.
- Strong product thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical realities and make deliberate, data-informed trade-offs.
- Proven collaboration skills across design, product and engineering disciplines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to balance and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have fintech experience (or closely related financial services), ideally within complex, data-heavy workflows.
