Facilities Manager - SEN Secondary School in Wandsworth!
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager seeking a hands-on role within a specialist SEN secondary school, where your work has a direct impact on pupils and staff every day?
A well-established SEN secondary school in Wandsworth is seeking a proactive and dependable Facilities Manager to oversee the safe and effective operation of the school estate. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting ASAP, with responsibility across two school sites.

SEN secondary school based in Wandsworth
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Oversight of two sites
Full UK driving licence and access to a car required
The Role
You will play a central role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-organised environment for pupils with additional needs. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will manage day-to-day facilities operations, health & safety compliance, maintenance schedules, and contractor relationships across both sites.
This role requires strong organisation, a practical mindset, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy SEN setting.

Experience & Requirements
Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Site Manager, or Caretaker
Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site security
Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Driving licence and car essential
