Job Description
We're looking for a Technology Engineer to join our CRM team in London. You'll be supporting our 35+ strong global CRM team by ensuring our CRM technology is reliable, scalable and easy to work with.
You’ll focus on keeping our CRM tech stack running smoothly day-to-day, making sure campaigns render correctly, data flows as expected and our tools work the way they should. You’ll be the person the team turns to when something looks off: whether that’s HTML, Liquid, a dynamic link, or a data attribute that doesn’t look quite right. You enjoy getting into the technical detail, fixing problems at the source and helping others understand how things work.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the CRM team:
Maintain and improve our CRM tech stack including Braze, internal tools, integrations and day-to-day systems
Own troubleshooting for HTML, CSS, Liquid, dynamic content and email rendering issues
Be the first point of contact for CRM technical queries, helping unblock campaign builds and resolving translation or localisation challenges
Test data flows, flag inconsistencies and raise fixes when something doesn’t behave as expected
Turn marketing requirements into clear, workable technical tasks and build reliable, scalable solutions
Improve CRM operations through automation, clearer documentation, smarter QA processes and workflow enhancements
Help the team grow their technical confidence through documentation, training and practical guidance
This role will give you the opportunity to:
Build depth – work hands-on across CRM tooling, data flows, dynamic content and template logic in a complex, global setup.
Solve meaningful problems – from debugging tricky rendering issues to untangling data-driven personalisation challenges.
Have real impact – the quality of your work directly affects how millions of customers experience Wise.
Influence how we work – improve QA processes, documentation and workflows that make CRM more reliable for everyone.
Qualifications
You have 4-6 years hands-on experience with CRM or MarTech platforms and integrations (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce MC, Snowflake, Stripo, Movable Ink etc.)
You understand how customer data moves through CRM systems, including events and API-driven attributes
You’re skilled at troubleshooting HTML, CSS, Liquid and dynamic content logic
You’re comfortable being a go-to technical support point for internal users and explaining complex concepts clearly
You're methodical in how you diagnose issues and love getting into the details
You communicate clearly and calmly, even when something breaks at the worst possible moment
You’re experienced with CRM development languages and SQL
You’re curious, organised and proactive about improving how systems and processes work
