A supportive and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Enfield is seeking a committed EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children with additional needs during a crucial stage of their development.

The Role
You will work with children in Nursery or Reception who have a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs, and developmental delay. Support will be provided on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored SEN support aligned with EHCPs
Support access to the EYFS curriculum
Promote communication, social interaction, and independence
Use visual supports and sensory strategies
Assist with personal care where required
Observe and record progress
Maintain safeguarding standards
