Account Manager
Location: West London

We're looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Account Manager to join our Clients vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with internal teams across design, production, and merchandising to bring collections to life and deliver outstanding results. What You'll Be Doing: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Understand client goals and seasonal trends to help shape product ranges and commercial strategies.
Project Coordination: Oversee the full lifecycle of client orders-from concept and design briefing to production and delivery.
Sales & Forecasting: Monitor account performance, track forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges, propose solutions, and maintain high standards of service and delivery. What They Are Looking For: Proven experience in account management, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools; SAP experience is a plus
