The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience supporting children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
- An understanding of current educational practices and classroom support strategies
- Awareness of working within a multicultural environment
- Understanding of equal opportunities and inclusive classroom practice
- Knowledge of, or willingness to engage with, extended school programmes
