ECT Maths Teacher - Secondary School - Leicester

About the Role
As ECT Maths Teacher , you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 , delivering engaging lessons that build students’ confidence, fluency and reasoning. You will be supported to teach a well-sequenced curriculum that develops:
Secure mathematical foundations through clear explanation and modelling
Fluency and accuracy through purposeful practice and regular retrieval
Reasoning skills through structured questioning and guided problem-solving
Exam confidence through deliberate practice, feedback and consistent routines
Students study a broad range of topics including number, algebra, geometry, statistics and ratio, with a focus on building secure understanding and strong GCSE preparation.
