Responsibilities include:
• Supporting teaching and learning across KS3–KS4
• Assisting with differentiated activities and classroom preparation
• Working closely with teachers to monitor pupil progress
• Providing pastoral support and helping uphold the school’s values
• Contributing to co-curricular activities and events
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in education or youth settings
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive and proactive approach
