About the Role
As Data Officer, you will manage and maintain school databases, ensuring accurate and timely records. You will work closely with staff across the school to support data-driven decision making and help ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and updating student and staff databases
Producing reports for senior leadership and governors
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Supporting the implementation of new data systems and processes
Liaising with staff and external stakeholders regarding data queries
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in a data management or administrative role
Strong IT skills and familiarity with school management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
