SEN Teaching Assistant - Redbridge
A well-resourced primary school in Redbridge is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to start in January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with additional needs, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups
Assist teachers in adapting and preparing lessons and resources
Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Support pupils’ engagement, confidence, and independence
Assist with routines, transitions, and social development
