* Collaborate across Real Estate, Private Capital, Corporate and VAT teams on complex, high-value transactions.
* Develop and execute business strategy, contribute to leadership discussions, and drive commercial performance.
* Manage and nurture key client relationships, providing first-class service and identifying new business opportunities.
* Act as the face of the team both internally and externally, offering thought leadership and elevating the profile of the practice.
* Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
The Person
The successful candidate will be:
* A technically strong Stamp Taxes specialist with significant advisory experience, ideally from a top-tier professional services environment.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to build trusted relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
* A collaborative and credible leader who enjoys developing people and influencing at senior levels.
* Ambitious and motivated, with the drive to take on a high-profile leadership role within a growing business.
